1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from stackpure.is you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use this site or place an order.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Stackpure are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic application. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes only. Stackpure reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
3. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. By completing a purchase you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Product Descriptions and Pricing
Stackpure makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and discontinue products at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error on a confirmed order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Stackpure. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance, acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Stackpure does not store card details. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local customs authority, which are your responsibility.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Stackpure ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon dispatch. Stackpure is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier handling. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products. See our Returns Policy for eligibility criteria, the returns process, and refund timeline. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on stackpure.is, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and research materials, is the property of Stackpure and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackpure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. Stackpure's total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the order value. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stackpure, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware. For customers in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local law are not affected by this clause.
12. Changes to Terms
Stackpure may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at stackpure.is/terms with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
