All times are estimates. Customs clearance may add 1–3 business days for international orders.

Packaging

All research peptides are shipped in hermetically sealed primary packaging. Lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature for standard shipping durations. Products requiring refrigeration are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs. All packages are discreet, no product names on exterior labels.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. International orders are trackable end-to-end via the carrier's online portal.

Customs & Import

All international shipments are accurately declared as research chemicals with correct HS codes. Researchers are responsible for compliance with their country's import regulations. In the event of a customs query, contact us at sales@stackpure.is with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We investigate all cases and resolve within 5 business days.
