Returns & Refunds

Return Window
Stackpure accepts returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team, do not ship items back without prior authorisation.
Eligibility
- Products must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Products that have been reconstituted, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return
- Temperature-sensitive products that were not stored correctly are not eligible
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Stackpure error
Return Process

Contact support
Email sales@stackpure.is with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Receive RMA
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Ship item
Ship the unopened product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outer package.

Refund issued
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Research-Use Disclaimer
All Stackpure products are sold for in vitro research use only. Returns do not imply any warranty of fitness for human use. Stackpure does not accept returns based on claims of personal use or human administration, as products are not sold for those purposes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
